“Ensure efficiency of our quality management system by meeting the Brazilian Standards NBR ISO IEC 17025, aiming at the continuous improvement of our activities so as to work in tandem with our customers, with the environment and among all members of our company”. QUALITY GOALS 1 - Devise an organized work method so as to streamline the management and maintenance of the activities directly or indirectly related to the services provided at Labmat; 2 - Always perform tests according to standardized methods and, whenever applicable, as required by the client; 3 - As required, provide cultural and technological training of the professionals and employees who carry out or are responsible for the tests performed by Labmat; 4 - Ensure that all members of Labmat are familiar with the quality-related documentation and the procedures established; 5 - Ensure the actual commitment of Labmat to good professional practices required to perform tests with quality to meet the clients’ requirements.
